Editor’s Note: This is one of those full-circle moments. Some of my earliest childhood memories are of attending the air show with my father, a military veteran. The roar of the jets, the thrill of watching pilots defy gravity—it was pure magic. Now, decades later, I’m the veteran bringing my daughter to the air show for the very first time. It’s a special experience, blending nostalgia with the excitement of seeing her eyes light up as she watches the same incredible aerial performances that captivated me as a child.
