🧘🏾Celebrate the First New Moon of the New Year

Growing up in the Gullah culture, I remember my elders saying , "if you see the new moon in the clear, show it silver money for good luck."

Whether you believe the folklore or not, the New Moon is the perfect time to set clear intentions for the month ahead, start new projects and bring awareness to your growth from the previous month.

Check out New Moon Yoga, Thursday, January 11 at 6pm  at Effervescence Yoga Spa (close to ZenDen) 610 Paris Ave in Port Royal.  Brittney will lead guests in yoga and a manifestation session. Register here, bring a yoga mat and water.

💪🏾Does 2024 have you looking for a new gym?!

Located off of Sam's Point Road on Lady's Island, Celadon Club is a state-of-the-art, semi-private club offering fitness, spa, personal training & more

Thursday, January 18th, 5-7 pm is an open house event that is free to the public and will give you the chance to check out the facilities before you join.

🎾 Get onboard with Tennis in Beaufort

On Sunday, January 21 at the Beaufort Tennis Courts on Boundary Street is a free Tennis clinic for adults and children. The Tennis Carnival is from 2-3:30 pm - no equipment or experience required.

⚠️ New Playground Alert!

Saturday, January 27 at 10 am is the Grand Re-Opening of the community park in Port Royal.

"The facility's newly finished sidewalks are built for safe and smooth travel from the parking area to the playground and the brand-new restrooms," Beaufort County Parks and Recreation shard in a Facebook post.  The grand opening will be held in partnership with the Town of Port Royal.
