The Chalk It Up! Beaufort Festival is returning for its second year, offering a vibrant celebration of art and community from March 28 to 30, 2025, at Tabby Place in Downtown Beaufort. This free, family-friendly event invites attendees to witness professional and emerging artists transform the pavement into stunning chalk masterpieces. The festival also features live music, artisan vendors, and a variety of food and drinks, culminating in a community-voted art competition on Sunday.

Daily Highlights:

Friday, March 28:
• Opening Reception (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM): An evening inside Tabby Place to meet the artists and enjoy live entertainment.

Saturday, March 29:
• Live Chalk Art (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Artists begin their street paintings.
• Live Music Performances: Local musicians perform throughout the day.
• Artisan Vendors and Food Stalls: Explore handcrafted items and diverse food options.

Sunday, March 30:
• Chalk Art Viewing and Voting (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM): Admire the completed artworks and vote for your favorites.
• Student Art Competition: Local middle and high school art teams compete for community votes.
• Awards Ceremony (5:00 PM): Announcement of competition winners based on public voting.
