Crushed Glass Suncatcher Party Hosted by Create With Camilla

Just in time for the 250th July 4th celebration check out this class led by Lowcountry Creators Club Member Create with Camilla at the USCB Center for the Arts. The event is happening June 3rd and space is limited so sign up today!

The Patriotic Stained Glass Suncatcher Workshop (ART300) invites participants to design and create their own 12-inch faux stained glass piece using crushed glass, sea glass, resin, and decorative elements. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or simply curious to try something new, this experience is designed for all skill levels.

Led by Create with Camilla in partnership with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of South Carolina Beaufort, the workshop combines creativity with craftsmanship. Participants can choose to create a patriotic-themed design or take a more freeform approach using a wide selection of shapes, colors, and materials.

One of the standout features of this workshop is its flexibility. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own meaningful items such as shells or small keepsakes to incorporate into their design, making each piece deeply personal. With step-by-step instruction provided, along with all necessary supplies included in the supply fee, you’ll leave with a finished suncatcher ready to display in your home or gift to someone special.

Design options are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so early arrival is recommended to secure your preferred style.

No experience required. $55 supply fee.
